Steve Mifsud Qualifies for Main Tour

Australia's IBSF World Snooker Champion Steve Mifsud has been officially granted a place on the Main Tour for the 2003-04 season. Qualification must normally be done via the Challenge Tour, but as IBSF World Champion Steve has been awarded an automatic qualification.

The Main Tour is the top echelon of world snooker, comprising the major ranking tournaments and competing against the likes of Ronnie O'Sullivan, Mark Williams and John Higgins. Success in these tournaments will bring Steve into one of the top rankings in the world.

The season commences in September 2003.
