Points Allocation System - Billiards

1. The 'Australian Open Billiards Championship' and the 'Australian National Billiards Championship' will carry ranking points. From 2012, the 'Oceania Billiards Championship' will carry ranking points when held in Australia. 2. Points
		Nominating and playing in a tournament	5 points
		Round Robin group first place	20 points
		Round Robin group second place	15 points
		Round Robin group third place	10 points
		Losing Quarter-finalist	20 points
		Losing Semi-finalist	40 points
		Runner-up	70 points
		Winner	100 points
	Bonus points will be awarded for high breaks
		Each break of 50 or more	1 point
		Each break of 100 or more	2 point
		Each break of 200 or more	4 points
		Each break of 300 or more	6 points
		Each break of 400 or more	10 points
		Similarly adding 4 points for each 100 achieved
3. At the start of the year points will be reduced according to the following formula:
		Current year - 100%
		Previous year - 65%
		Two years prior - 35%
